To file a complaint you need to complete the complaint form.
Send the completed form to the following address: Mikro+Polo d.o.o., Zagrebška cesta 22, 2000 Maribor, Customers Department, or to the e-mail address: email@example.com. (In order to facilitate and speed up resolution of complaints, you have to insert all the data marked by *.)
If the complaint is well-founded, you will be given the number of the complaint report, either through telephone or to your e-mail address.
Upon returning the goods, you need to enclose the completed form with the number of the complaint report which you received from us beforehand.
We shall keep you up-to-date with all the details about the progress of your complaint. We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.
If you notice any signs of damage at the delivery of the package, e.g. damaged packaging (visible straight away at delivery), missing content (visible signs of opening), or hidden damage (damaged goods, broken items and similar), please contact us immediately by telephone at +386 2 614 33 12 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The package should be left in the same condition as found at the delivery and nothing should be added or removed. We will initiate a complaint procedure at GLS (General Logistics System) and together with them provide a resolution to the complaint as soon as possible.
