The penultimate weekend in November, a group of nineteen employees of Mikro+Polo, together with the director Marko Podgornik, gathered at Pohorje and reviewed the operation of the company from different perspectives and then looked towards the future – where we want to go, when and how to get there. We began with the work on Friday at 1 p.m. and we finished the next day at 3 p.m. The meeting was intense, in-depth and constructive. The workshop was moderated by our fellow Mirjana Mladič. More workshops are planned for the future, where we are going to define measurable goals and the most important activities for their achievement.
We crowned and finished the workshop with the original Pohorje omelette that was originally made by a skilled cook as far back as 1952 at then named Poštarski dom (the current hotel Tisa). It is still as delicious as it was back then.
