Quality means very different things to different people. Unfortunately, in today's business world this term is unjustifiably used also there, where it doesn’t belong. It is therefore important that we understand different perspectives from which we can look at quality. The ISO standard defines quality as a level in which a set of different characteristics meets customer requirements.
Our company received its first certification of compliance with requirements of the ISO 9001 standard already in 1999. This year we have once again proven that we are following the new set of requirements and that we are striving to realize the expectations of all involved in the quality process; the buyers on one hand, as well as the suppliers and employees on the other.
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate is an assurance for the trust and satisfaction of employees, customers, and our suppliers.
