After a two-month long training that took place under the ASI project, nine mentors were appointed as internal mentors. Initial reactions, as well as mentor and mentoree enthusiasm are very encouraging, and some mentors have already started working with another group of mentorees. We are growing and because of that we would like to introduce new colleagues to our ways of working and our culture in a friendly, respectful and systematic way.
Internal documentation (rules, forms) required by mentors and mentorees has also been developed.
