Our CEO was invited and took part in the event organized by the employment agency
Moja zaposlitev, d.o.o. The main topic of the conversation was
»Enticing and managing talents«. Marko won a lot of approval for his statement that everyone is talented, we just have to recognize it and find him/her the right challenges. That is one of the most important managerial tasks.
In addition to our company Urška Stanovnik,
Optiweb, and Sašo Palčič,
Madwise, two of the three Chief Happiness Officers in Slovenia, Marko Sitar, Human Resources Development Manager at
Cosylab, Urška Jež, Managing Director of
ABC Accelerator and Tatjana Verstovšek, Director of Human Resources Development at
Sava Insurance Company, were also invited to speak at the panel.
