The crowd of exhibitors or companies looking for staff is a good testimony to the situation in the job market when there are more jobs advertised than there are job seekers. We are very pleased with the interest in our exhibition hall and we are looking forward to welcoming those interested in regular internships, especially from the School for Wood processing, Forestry and Design. Three interns are already regularly employed by us regularly. Events like this are an increasingly important source of attracting potential new employees who bring fresh, new energy.
The article about the event was also produced by RTV Slovenia as part of the central daily news program of Television Maribor's regional program TELE M. Our Jure made a statement for the program, in which he said, among other things: "The fight for talent is getting worse, and it will get worse in the future, because we know that there is a shortage of staff on the market, especially technical staff, which we desperately need in our company.”
